Thames Valley students and staff are creating real, lasting change in their school communities by participating in the district-wide 2022 United Way Campaign.

This year’s campaign launched on October 1, 2022, and runs until Tuesday, November 4.

“Thames Valley is proud to support the 2022 United Way campaign. We have seen first-hand the positive impact that local United Way programs have on our students and their families,” said Director of Education Mark Fisher. “There are over 80 United Way-funded community agencies that help TVDSB students and staff overcome challenges in the areas of poverty, mental health and safety.”

Last year, Thames Valley staff, students and families raised $168,439 for the United Way agencies of Middlesex London, Elgin-St. Thomas and Oxford.

With many pandemic restrictions now lifted, Thames Valley schools can once again participate in fundraising activities that bring their school communities together, including the much-anticipated United in Sports events.
